More than two years ago, we set out to create a Knowledge Community (KC) that addresses the needs of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ) people across their lifespan. ZEBRA COALITION: SUPPORTING LIVES OF A DIFFERENT STRIPE
The Zebra Coalition® is a network of organizations which provide services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and all youth (LGBT+) ages 13 – 24. The Coalition assists young people facing homelessness; bullying; physical, sexual and drug abuse; and isolation from their families with individualized programs to guide them to recovery and stability.
Scott Turner Schofield is an award-winning performer and highly acclaimed diversity speaker on Transgender issues. Inviting a presentation, workshop, reading or performance guarantees high-level, in-depth exploration of the T in GBLTQ aimed at welcoming beginners, affirming communities, and equipping advocates.
This site is dedicated to the champions working to enhance the well-being of every sexual and gender minority regardless of their "initial under the umbrella." Our work must be about ending discrimination and addressing the needs of our clients to ensure their health and safety and access to the promises afforded to every global citizen.
